At Alexya Beauty, we do our best to make sure all your needs are taken care of. If you have to cancel or change your appointment and it is less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, you will not receive a refund on your deposit.
NO-SHOWS

If you fail to show up to your appointment and do not give us any notice you will be charged the full price of the service.
